    Jahill Richards was born and raised in New Jersey. Before Christ, He was immersed in drug culture, energized by Satan, and on his way to destruction—until Christ intervened. In 2003, God miraculously saved Jahill and called him out of darkness into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9). Immediately after salvation, he sensed a call into ministry compelled by the love of Christ and God’s grace. Jahill has served as an elder in South Minneapolis, MN, has helped to plant and pastor a church in Anacostia, Southeast D.C., and in God's mercy is now the lead pastor of Spring of Grace here in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is happily married to the love of his life, Ka, and they have been blessed with five wonderful children, Asia, Grace, Judah, Josiah, Elijah, and a grandson, Carson. Click here if you would like to hear more of his testimony.

    associate pastor & elder

    Jeff Segner Associate Pastor / Elder Jeff Segner has served as Associate Pastor at Springs of Grace Baptist Church since 1990. Previously, he served as college minister at First Baptist Church in Guymon, OK. Jeff was raised in Sand Springs, OK. He attended Oklahoma Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He received additional instruction in Biblical Counseling at Westminster Theological Seminary in Dallas, TX. Jeff and his wife, Jenny, were married in 1998.

    Ron and his family joined Springs of Grace in 1994, and he became an elder in 1998. One of his many roles here is as liason to our China missionaries. Ron is retired from LSU Hospital, where he was a medical microbiologist. He and his wife Rebecca married in 1983 and have three children and one grandson.

  • cliff roberts

    Cliff's wife, Eva, has attended our church since she was a baby. Cliff married Eva in our sanctuary in 1974 and began attending church with her at that time. He was converted in 1980 and became an elder in 1998. He is the director of our Adult 6 Sunday School class and recently retired as president/owner of R&G Construction. He and Eva have two children and four grandchildren.
